I have seen many people have difficulty getting more customers for more sales.
Therefore, I will share some of my opinions on attracting the “right” customers to boost your sales with you.
How to Attract Right Customers to Boost Up Your Sales
Many business owners’ dreams are attracting as many customers as they can.
So that all the customers will visit their shop or website and buy their products.
However, they have no clue how to attract the “right” customer to their business.
You might be thinking "What do you mean by the right customer here?"
For example, you have spent a lot of money on advertisement, promotion, hiring people, and printing flyers.
You managed to attract many customers to your shop.
Most of them, however, just looked around, took the free samples, and then walked away.
They don’t even try to explore more or other product promotions.
There is no guarantee they will be coming back for you.
So, this is what I call “not the correct customer”.
We call it a non-targeted customer precisely.
Targeted Customers
On the contrary, if you knew what your exact “theme” was back then,
like to target the customer’s age, gender, background, and what issue are they facing.
At the same time, your product can solve their issue.
Do you think they will come back for you?
Or maybe purchase from you right away?
Most likely they will come back for you next time for another relevant product.
Does that make sense to you?
As a result, this is what we call Targeted Customer.
Therefore, you must understand what kind of customer you are looking for.
Which groups of customers that you would like to do business with?
Then you will only attract the customer that you love.
One more example for you, you attracted 1000 customers, but only a few customers purchased your product.
If you have 100 customers, 90% purchase the products from you.
Is this better than 1000 customers but only 1-2% purchased your product?
Which one do you think is more effective and makes you more money?
I believe you already know the answer 😉
In addition, you won’t feel super busy because of servicing them.
If compared to less targeted customers you could serve them better.
